Characterl Bright, clear. with soft golden highlights. Distinctive aromas of jasmine and pear on background fragrant roses. Mouth with rich floral refreshing bubbles. Harmony I Taste BOheme White Sec at 6 – 80C in a flute glass on its own. Appreciate its depth of flavors when paired with shellfish, oysters, or savory bites that their characteristics complement the floral notes of the sparkling wine. IAlcohol | 12.5%vol.

酒款介绍：Variety | Athiri, Chardonnay, Muscat Trani. Vineyard | From the Embona village, Atavyros mountain at an altitude of 300- 400m. (Athiri), from the regions of Fanes, Kritinia and Western Rhodes (Muscat, Chardonnay). Character | The original combination of the two varieties offers a wine with bright gold highlights. Elegant, rounded with fruity aromas of citrus, apricot and peach, in a sophisticated rosy and jasmine hint aroma. Harmony | Pairs well with seafood, grilled fish or white meat, salads and soft cheeses. Alcohol content 12%vol.

Awards | Awarded with gold and silver medal in MUNDUS Vini, Silver Medal on Thessaloniki International Wine Competition. Character | A lovely dry red wine, a blend of the international varieties Syrah & Cabernet Sauvignon cultivated in Rhodes, with the Greek variety Mandilaria. Aunique，well balanced rounded wine with deep red colour, elegant bouquet and hints of blackberries, plums and ripe small red fruits. A divine combination of complex aromas, with rounded tannins and a long warm aftertaste with hints of spices.
